Spaces designed with intention.
A selection of commercial, residential, hospitality, and custom furniture projects — each a collaboration between vision and technical craft. From Baja-style ceviche bars in San Bernardino to coastal residences in Newport Beach, every project reflects our commitment to material honesty, thoughtful layout, and design that earns its presence. Browse the full portfolio below, or visit our guides for deeper dives into specific design topics.
Each project in this portfolio moves through our four-phase design process — Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration — ensuring that the rendering we present is the room we hand over. We design custom millwork, furniture, and lighting in-house whenever an off-the-shelf piece will not do, giving each space a one-of-a-kind character rooted in material honesty and careful proportion. Every project, a collaboration.

A four-phase design process
Every project moves through four phases: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. In Schematic Design, we consult with the client, visit the site, and develop a mood board and color palette. During Design Development, we refine material selections, lighting, and custom millwork through detailed drawings and 3D renderings. In Construction Documents, we produce the complete technical drawing set. Through Construction Administration, we stay on site to protect the design intent from groundbreaking to completion.
Material honesty and light
We let materials be what they are: oak reads as oak, plaster reads as plaster, and brass patinas over time. We treat light — both natural and artificial — as a primary design material, considering where it enters a room and how it changes through the day early in schematic design. The result is interiors that feel considered and lived-in — spaces that look great, feel right, and function beautifully for the people who use them every day.
